In Rehab Sept.25th

From Teresa... We made it up to rehab by 1:00pm. The doctors evaluated her. OT came by.Then they let us settle in. It was a restless night. (new environment) She agreed to some pain relief at 3 am, and slept a little better. I was able to stay in her room with her. I got up at 7am and took a shower. So far this morning she's seen the doctor, OT, PT, speech therapy, the theripist for depression, and had a chest x-ray. All before noon! Now she's resting before the afternoon stuff. Visiting hours are from 4pm to 8pm.(If she's up to it) .Anyway... More later...Teresa

I just read all the blogs and it sounds like you are on your way to a great recovery. You are a strong and amazing girl and I know you will get through it. Just know that I will keep you in my prayers. Be strong!

To Tami From Grandma Toni
Dear Tami, I am so pleased about all the good news that I have been receiving each day! We look forward to hearing from you all, and are so thankful for the blog.
Well now, when its possible I have been spending my time with your girls. They are so smart, Ella is really talking now, saying lots of words, and being more loving and cuddly with us. They always get lots of healthy treats and a dance workout from their Aunty Ilima, and Aunt Monica is so nurturing and wonderful to them. She is dedicated to being there in the mornings when they wake up and Al's at work. Lilli looks forward to seeing her cousin Hawea as she comes over to play daily, and they always get their dance time in, insisting on changing into their prettiest dresses. Yesterday both Sahkai, and Hawea came over to play, and they all sat outside painting pictures, blowing bubbles, and chatting, Ella was very involved in it all, you know just one of the gals! later when Aunty Ilima put on some Madonna, her and the girls had their dance session, only this time they used their fairy wands as microphones and did the whole kit and kabodle of singing and dancing, it was hilarious, and fun to watch. We do get such a bang out of little Ella, she bends her knees up and down, and points her little toe out there..

Well Tami keep up your strength, and positive will power. Come home as soon as you can. We all miss your happy smile and send you lots of love.
